child's face each day, to be a shoulder to lean on, and be a voice

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Favorite book of all time - "Flatland" by "A. Square." When not
reading things related to my career/school, I do enjoy reading a
lot, and it is varied.
I'm not a big movie watching person b/c it can be visually tiring (I tend to fall asleep watching a 2+ hour movie). I do like TV for that reason (frequent commercial break that allows me to attend elsewhere), and I absolutely adore the TV show Dexter.
Music is eclectic, but I gravitate towards neo-soul, Christina Aguilera, Michael Jackson, and Colbie Caillat types.

On a typical Friday night I am
hanging out with my sisters, usually pigging out, commensurating
with each other, and watching a chick flick. The rest of the
Fridays, if I'm not working on a research deadline, cuddling up
with my boston terrier with a book in front of the TV.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I live at home. I'm also messy and not very organized. My desk is
cluttered with papers, books, etc. Don't even bother asking about
my closet, it's a mess in there. But, everything is clean, and
somehow I always manage to dress nicely.
