I am a 24 year old Italian, Australia-loving college grad and am currently a nursing student at UMass Boston's College of Nursing and Health Sciences! I've finally been able to travel to Australia TWICE this year and it has been incredible! I will be moving back there upon graduation because they need nurses :)

I am passionate about music and the arts and have performed in countless musicals/plays since middle school.

Finally, I have a twisted obsession with the Joker, so in his words, "I believe that whatever doesn't kill you, simply makes you...stranger" which seems to uncannily fit with my relationship to nursing school.

I've made it in to nursing school, finally!, I hope to work in paediatrics or labor and delivery. Once I have become a nurse, I plan on obtaining my master's to become an NP and then I would like to get my Ph.D studying and doing research on how we can better our health care systems here in the States.

If none of that happens, I would enjoy moving to Italia with my cousin and owning a citrus grove in Toscana. From there, we will expand to olives and live a lovely life under the sun with only the things we need. Of course this plan is just a hopeful idea we've tossed around in because we love the motherland so much!

I am very good at music. I was a vocal performance major at Elon University before I transfered to Lesley University, where I got my BS in Human Services. I have been performing in musicals since 7th grade. Singing has always been something I was good at. Currently, since I have no time to perform, I enjoy spending my free time doing karaoke.

I am also good at writing fiction. Or I think I am good at writing fiction. It is something I do as a hobby in my spare time.

I'm a great listener--I think I give good advice to those who seek it because I can usually give an unbiased, empathetic opinion. I can always see both sides of any situation.

The fact that I am significantly shorter and tinier than most chicks--you really don't need to point this out to me, as I am already aware of my slight, under 100 lb, 5'0" body frame =)

I'm rather expressive and loud once you get to know me--if it's not the loudness of my voice, it'll be in my facial expression.

After 5 years of orthodontic work, I am not ashamed to admit that I still go to bed at night wearing my retainer--it's so I can maintain my pristine smile (and make the most out of the money spent on teeth! TEETH!)
