What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am taking classes towards my teaching certification in 6-12 English. I am also working towards an MFA in Children's Lit, but currently only have time to work on it during summers.

During the week I work with awesome special needs middle schoolers. I teach an SAT prep class on the weekends.

If I get a spare minute, I write poetry and have been working on my Spanish! I'm also a big movie buff and music lover.

I moved back to Richmond about a year ago, so I've been connecting with new and old friends and rediscovering my favorite parts about this city.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening to people. Working with kids. Telling stories. Writing poems. Taking naps. Trivia. Sudoku. Singing in the car. Making pancakes.
