sometimes, i find myself proofreading the graffiti that colours the stalls of some of pittsburgh's marvelous bars. i feel guilty when my dog sees me smoke pot. i used to have a dolphin-shaped lighter that i stole from a citco. i've torn out pages of books because i didn't like the words. i think that everything is said, done, or believed with a certain degree of pretext, or, maybe, subtext. i like to put things in parentheses. i like words in general, but i have a preference / propensity / proclivity / partiality / predisposition / penchant / prejudice / predilecation for words that begin with the letter "p". i do not dance. i like to make up words and use them in casual conversation, to see if my audience understands me nonetheless or challenges my diction. i count things other than sheep. i collect crystal and glass balls, wooden and metal boxes, and state quarters. i find mathematical equations and calculations oddly arousing. i have braces. my most frequently reoccurring dreams are where i have the abilities to walk on air and jump incredibly high and where i am a piece of thread going through the eye of a needle. that is all.

i graduated, cum laude, from pitt law in may, 2004. . . since then, i haven'd done anything too productive with my time, or maybe i've done nonproductive things with my time. i don't know - something like that. anywho. . i'm taking the bar exam in february (i didn't take the july one) - so, we'll see where it goes from there.

writing, biting, and fighting? smoking, toking, and joking? obviously, i am really good at being a dork. but, other than that, i actually am rather good at writing and other (various) forms of communication. also, i am quite good at having fun, etc.

(a) most things by john gardner, anne rice's vampire chronicles, tommyland (by tommy lee), catcher in the rye, and various others. i like to read books. (b) fight club, willie wonka and the chocolate factory, labyrinth, the princess bride, election, being john malkovich. . my favorite things to watch, however, are not movies but are the best tv shows ever - the x files, and, gilmore girls.

this question used to be different - it used to read "if i could switch brains with anyone, it would be". . . now it reads something else, and my answer ("a truly schizophrenic person, so that I could see the world through their eyes. or, maybe, johannes kepler. . . same difference though, right?") makes me seem crazy. but, i'll leave it here anyway.

trying to conive at least one friend into going to the bar with me so that we can have some exciting drunken times. . .

i don't really have too much "private" information--i'm more than willing to share (too much) about myself.
