updates to come......

i just moved back to california after finishing my masters degree, and my life is entirely up in the air..!
i love playing the violin, and i'm trying to land a job with an orchestra, but that might take a while.
right now, i'm just trying to figure things out one day at a time, practicing and helping the parents when they need me.
i also bar-tend part-time :)

i don't have favorite books, but my top authors include Maya Banks, Jacqueline Carey, Anne Bishop, Anne McCaffrey, and Nora Roberts (J.D. Robb).

with movies, i'm a little more eclectic. i loved The Notebook, enjoyed Serenity and The Breakfast Club. Queen of the Damned was amusing. I also like X-Men, Underworld, The Italian Job, The Fifth Element, Lord of the Rings (more as a book), Dune and Children of Dune (more as a series), Gone in 60 Seconds, Fantasia and Fantasia 2000, Coyote Ugly, The Craft, Practical Magic, etc.

i'm just now really starting to watch tv shows like Dollhouse, Star Trek :) Stargate (all 3) Mythbusters, Warehouse 13, and i'm definitely open to suggestions.

the only music i definitely DON'T listen to is rap. yes, there's even a little country floating in my music collection.

i don't really have any typical fridays
while i was in school i'd either be in rehearsals, performing, or tending bar for weddings and other events.
now...i don't have a car, and it's not walking distance to anything near my house.
