Who am I to you? Have I communicated in such a way that there will be no surprises when we meet?
OK, let me give it a try...
I like sharing quiet places, always giving more than I receive, listening, respecting wisdom, and doing the same things differently.
I have a deep love for learning and giving meaningful gifts. I keep the basic day-to-day everyday stuff simple, so I can spend more time doing what I consider important.
Like…being grateful for the opportunity to love and be loved, building a history of shared experiences, understanding what makes a heart beat,
making a contribution, being creative, inspiring greatness in others, participating in sports, and just hanging out.
Truth is, much of life is somewhat ordinary, but "even ordinary things can be extraordinary with the right person." I try to enjoy the present, believe most people do the best they can, and grace is a good thing. With each moment I try to respond best I know how, and let the rest take care of itself.
Regarding the day to day things that I do, I work as a project management consultant, ride my bikes, row my sliding seat rowboat on the lake (great restaurants on the other side), golf, workout frequently, hike and all the other things we do for fun.
I don't have a need to be always doing something. I can be very content to just enjoy the moment, wherever and whatever that may be. I am learning to write, though I say it with caution, as it still is a work in progress.
Thank you for allowing me to share this time with you. We connect through our words, visually through our pictures, but to know...it takes meeting face to face, to see if there is that which we all are looking for, but so few ever find.
Is it worth a cup of tea?
