I consider myself to be intelligent with a pretty good sense of humor(a good friends husband recently dubbed me Lucille Ball which I take as a great compliment!). My friends would describe me as friendly, a little goofy, a bubbly chatterbox, and as someone who likes to change her hair color more than the average gal. For the most part though, it stays short (...and it is back to a black/brown color.).

I am a tomboy for the most part, I prefer jeans to skirts, sweatshirts to sweaters, heels....well I do like some cute heels on occasion. I love my football, hockey, and my dog. Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and the occasional Saturday in the Fall, will find me more than likely watching my Seahawks. I played rugby in college for a bit, so that always holds a special place with me. I like to read in a pub while having a pint. Or on Tuesdays and Thursday, I like to play trivia in a pub while having a pint. I am nerdy scifi mystery Turner Classics Movie kind of gal. My friends come from all walks of life and along with my family, mean the world to me.

I don't need someone that requires me to be with them 24/7. I have a life, and I hope you do too. My job requires me to work unconventional hours and days, so flexibility is key. I am not a princess that needs to be pampered, but nice, spontaneous gestures are always appreciated. My sense of humor can be a little off the wall, and I am the kind of person either you like or don't, which I never take a offense to. But if I do consider you my friend, I will usually do anything for you.

Simply, I am looking for someone, with intelligence, self-confidence, and maturity. Someone that can laugh at themselves and not sweat the small stuff.

I work for a small start-up pet insurance company which I adore! My biggest accomplishment as of late was doing the Breast Cancer 3 Day Walk, 60 miles through Snohomish and King County, and my poor tootsies took a beating as I did the last 6 miles barefoot---my feet wouldn't fit in my shoes anymore, too swollen! Yes, I am hard core, but it was for a good cause!! My next goal is planning my trip to Greece in May. Beyond that, doing whatever makes me happy!

Most recently, that I just walked 60 miles in 3 days!!! I am still reeling from the experience. It was an amazing journey.

The rest of the time, sunshine and how I can spend more time in it as it becomes fall. And football. Go Seahawks!!!

I like to chill on a Friday night, so it's usually movies or a quiet dinner with friends or something on tv.
