In October 2009 I was diagnosed with having Aspergers Syndrome, which is an autistic spectrum disorder, because of this and my lack of confidence i have never had a girlfriend. I feel their is very little chance of me getting one now but I live in hope. I am a soppy romantic at heart and I dream of having a kind and caring woman to cuddle up to, send a Valentine's card and give flowers to etc. Because I find it hard to travel on my own, I would like a traveling companion to go to places like London with me, where I have always wanted to go, and I would like general friendship. I have strong anti religious and political views, but I prefer to keep them to myself. I like gadgets, especially ones made by Apple. Although I am serious about some things I do like to joke around a lot.

Used to think I was good at Chess. I did manage to beat the head of the maths department at Chess when I was at school, which was pretty good for someone who was thought of as being simple. However I don't think so now.
I am good at missing out words in sentences and having to use the text to speech facility on my mac to fix them. Very frustrating!

Books Because I find it difficult to read and I don't know why, I don't read much, but when I do like to read factual books. I like the dummies series of books. I read internet articles which I copy to my Kindle. I like the Atheist Authors John Loftus and Richard Dawkins.
Tv programs I like are Emmerdale,Corrie, Dr Who, Merlin, Lost, Big Brother. Peep Show. My favourite tv program ever is Flambards.
Films I like are Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid, Fiddler on the Roof, Once upon a Time in the West, Pulp Fiction, and I like films by Mike Leigh like Nuts in May.
Music The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Queen, Pink Floyd, Radiohead, 60s, 70s Pop,Burt Bacharach Tamla Motown, Blur, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Andy Williams, Steeleye Span, Linda Ronstadt, Dolly Parton, Popular classical music. I like soppy romantic records like This Guy's in Love with You by Herb Alpert, which makes me cry every time I hear it. I have a vinyl collection of 300 records and I love services like Spotify. I Love the internet group Pomplamoose who make me laugh.
Internet On the internet I am a fan of Leo Laporte and his Twit Network (This Week In Tech) On youtube I like atheists videos by Thunderfoot and Aronra, I like science videos by Potholer 54 and C0nc0rdance. I like the Atheist Experience Tv Show and the Magic Sandwich Show.
