My self-summary
I'm a big city kid, I love the hum and bur of a massive city full of people I don't know. Small towns are a nice change of pace...sometimes... but I start itching after staying in one for too long.
I'm a nerd, and don't you forget it (cause I'm gonna and I'll need help remembering).
I love lots of things in this world, I'm a kind of a workaholic and I never get enough bloody sleep. You know. Always mucking about on that juggling act of time-for-work, time-for-other-people, time-for-myself, time-for-throwing-kittens-into-the-wood-chipper-out-back.
I may or may not actually do one of those aforementioned things.

I love all things digital. I kind of have to, all of what I do for a living involves sitting in front of the computer and making pretty pictures.
There's plenty of digital things I don't like, though. Digital food, digital parties, digital pets, digital massively multiplayer online experiences, digital Presidents of Burundi, digital furniture and digital sneakers. I'm not even sure how a pair of digital sneakers would feel. Uncomfortable.

What was I talking about.

Oh yes- I love all things digital. And I express this love of all-things-digital by trying to create things that move people. Art, movies, video games. Evocative.

So I'm some sort of artist. Translated, this also means I'm generally some sort of hungry. I'm in the process of paying the fed back for having gone to school for art, so I'm some sort of poor. And I went to school for making art on computers, which means I'm generally some sort of crazy.
Hahaha! No, that's not true either.
I'm not really hungry right now.

Malinkiye deti, ne za shto na svete
Ne hodite v Afriku, v Afriku guliyat
V Afrike akuli, v Afrike gorilli
V Afrike bolshiye, ZLIYE krokodili

Buduut vas kusaat, biit, i obizhat!

Ne hodite deti, v Afriku guliyat.

Hwei zjiang i dien, kuh she wo de guo ru bu tai shwen ko. Siang bang zhu wo lian xi, ma?

Long story short, I am a geeky, terminally distracted art-type person. I try to keep it classy. You'll have to let me know if I'm succeeding.
What I’m doing with my life
Stomping around and trying to make a mark. Lately, movie special effects, paint, comics, and 3D animations.

I’m really good at
Telling you to fuck off. FUCK OFF. Ok no wait, don't...no, come back. Please?
I'm no good at this question.
The first things people usually notice about me
Hell, I don't know.

Seriously speaking, probably the way I'm dressed. I tend to subscribe to the Neil Gaiman school of dress: all black.
Makes it easy- black looks good with everything.

...everything black.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS) Neil Gaiman's "Sandman" series of comics, and of that "Season of Mists"; most stories by Ray Bradbury, Heinlein; I love the way Neuromancer is written but I haven't actually finished it yet. Macbeth. Ask me again in a few weeks and it'll be different.
I -have- read "The Prince"...years and years after I picked the username. Didn't care for it, though.

MOVIES) Sin City was gorgeous. The Spirit was like a really fatty steak dinner. The Fall was a six course banquet with live entertainment. Exit Through The Gift Shop was hilarious, Snatch was amazing, and Tangled made me feel like a little kid again. I don't watch movies often, which is unfortunate. It makes every single one I watch amazing though, which is pretty awesome.

MUSIC) Tom Waits, TV On The Radio, DJ Shadow, Hans Zimmer, Thievery Corporation, Faithless, Caravan Palace, DeadMau5, Murder By Death, Clor, Boards of Canada, Frank Sinatra, The Bronx, The Cat Empire, Sigur Ros, Sublime, Outkast, Burial, Placebo, Radiohead, Wu-Tang Clan Hossam Ramzy Sage Francis Jeremy Soule Phillip Glass Carlos Gardel Squarepusher Marilyn Manson All India Radio Gotan Project Ludwig Motherfucking Beethoven JamieCullumOfMontrealMarioBasanovQnPSeetycaCherryPoppinDaddies TheDecembristsSkrillexBrianEnoDMXGorillazAfroCeltSoundSystemAphexTwin.... in other words anything, anything, anything and anything.

Except country. I'm sorry.

EDIBLE-TYPE BIOMATTER) Indian food. No, scratch that. Tasty food. I'm almost never picky.

TEEVEE/WEB PROGRAMS) Not a whole lot. I have no cable. The internet is my TV, with a ridiculous number of channels at that.
The six things I could never do without
my computer, music, good food, beverages, sleep, friendship, some money and hey that's seven things
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Nerdy things. Terrible, terrible things. Wonderful things. Fire, death, destruction, pie, blood down the walls, what's next, and how things like food, sleep and money are such goddamned inconveniences.

what -is- next, anyways

The thought has me excited.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Well there was this one time I
