My Self-Summary
I am a playwright, performance artist, a bad folk musician and an
overall bitter person. Just about everything i do is somehow about
language and/or identity. I am a radical queer/trans woman. Kinky
and non-monogamous.
I have issues with normativity. Genderfuckers, queers and in-betweens are my family. But in this analogy i really enjoy dating and sleeping with my big queer family. Have you ever been a part of the queer community? It's all very incestuous. What i'm trying to say is if you are a straight male, i'm not interested so stop messaging me inane and offensive things.
I realize that i am fully unable to write about myself without sounding incredibly pretentious and off-putting. This is probably because i am rather pretentious and off-putting. Sorry about that.

What I’m doing with my life
I work a lot, write and perform in the theatre community here,
occasionally go to classes (majoring in theatre production and
russian), though most of my time is spent playing around with my
two cats, drinking too much and swearing that i am going to finish
writing that play this week.
Also: I just started a Magnetic Fields cover band called The Merritt Badges. We're already pretty awesome.

I've taken to working on my puppets in public so now I'm always
carrying around small clay heads or disembodied parts or what have
you. People have stopped paying attention to me and just focus on
the disembodied puppet parts.

yes i am pretentious and watch a lot of russian & eastern european film. i'll watch just about any horror movie you throw at me. i have quite a penchant for bad movies as well.
music: jordaan mason & the horse museum, sarah d., diane cluck, andrew jackson jihad, be good tanyas, the magnetic fields
food: i used to be vegan so there's a soft spot in my heart for quinoa, greens, nutritional yeast and the like. as well i'm a fan of thai and indian.
