I am gentle and passionate. I am peaceful and sassy. I am an extroverted introvert. I am independent and available. I am especially passionate about all things art. I revel in the beautiful in life, am fascinated by the hideous and am particularly tickled when these two join. I like characters, narrative, irony, dark humor, absurdity, whimsy, nature, contradiction, intelligence, beauty and respect. I seek these things out in friends, music, books, movies and the reaches of my own imagination.

I am thoughtful, playful, kind, enthusiastic, creative, contemplative and contradictory. I enjoy walking in the woods, talking in coffee shops, making lists, writing poetry, writing short stories, reading, thinking about what I've read, making art and being silly. I like pretty things, but I'd much rather make them than buy them. I feel at home in food co-ops. I love farmer's markets...I'm am impatiently awaiting the return of local heirloom tomatoes.

I almost never want to go to bed. I just start wanting more coffee around midnight.
