I am a teacher in San Jose moving to San Francisco in August. "Love what you do and you'll never work a day in your life." Yep, that's true. I have the best job in the world. I think my students keep me young.

Ever summer, I normally go to Kenya and teach in a small village there. I have traveled around East Africa as well. This summer I went to Argentina instead...learning Spanish so I can speak to my students' parents here. ¿Hablas español?

I travel every chance I get! My goal is to visit six continents before I'm 30 and I'm already been to five. Plus I've been to 26 countries. I also really enjoy exploring all the amazing places in California.

Music: I LOVE music but it's hard to list any specific bands here since I have a new favorite band every week (remember I'm naturally enthusiastic). So if you want to know the flavor of the week, just ask!

Movies: Avatar, Harry Potter, Peter Pan, The Lion King, Enchanted, Elf, Big Fish, The Avengers

I don't actually have a TV, but when I watch it online:
TV: Glee, The Wonder Years, Revenge, Revolution

Food: Anything found at a farmers market. Besides that, my favorites are: Kenyan food, snickerdoodles, fresh fruit, and sushi. I love trying new foods too. When on yelp I usually search for "unique dining" and see what I can try!
