My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a quirky, closet hopeless romantic that loves music, theatre, art, gaming, the outdoors, and a bunch of other stuff. I'm no pro at romance, dating, or love, but I'm searching for it nonetheless. I'm looking for someone who will belong to me and to whom I can belong. That woman should be passionate, driven, and motivated to be fulfilled because that's what I want for her and me.

I'm in the process of discovering beauty and truth in myself and others; a huge part of that is making healthier lifestyle changes. You should join me on that. I'm getting better at it, but I could use an advocate who's been there.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have two Masters of Music, but in my day job I'm a personal banker. The actual job I'm doing isn't as important as the reasons I'm doing it: I believe that whatever I'm doing should bring people together, creating peace and reconciliation. There's enough division in the world to go around; I love the idea of what I'm doing bringing healing to the broken. Here's a clip of me explaining all of this and demonstrating a little prowess at the same time:

However, the more that I think about it, it would be immensely cool to be a professional game show contestant.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I love performing music, playing strategy and trivia games, cycling, and cooking. You can always find me at Reading Terminal Market browsing the stalls or out in Clark Park with a book and a cup of coffee in hand. I brew my own espresso at home, and I'll pour you one of those fancy designs in your latte if you'd like. I'm out cycling after most work nights, and I'm up to about twenty miles per night. I'm looking to reform my quizzo team after most of my team graduated and left Philadelphia. Recently, I took up mixology as a new hobby. You and I should create a new cocktail together and give it a funny, obscure name.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm energetic, earnest, and a bit eccentric. And, oh yeah, I'm Asian and six feet tall. I'm almost always way too silly for my own good. The twinge of geek-infused bitters that flavors my personality cocktail keeps me from getting too serious and introspective.

I wear the bow ties. Yep. That guy you know is me. And I tie them myself. I'll teach you if you like.

I cook. A lot. But I do enjoyed being cooked for now and then. I enjoy Italian, pan-Asian, Latin, and Middle Eastern styles the most.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
nothing. I'm a pretty simple guy, and there's not much I couldn't go without. But I do love a well-tailored suit and my iPad. I'm realizing more and more though that the most important things in life are not things.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
philosophy, art, music, culture, religions, love. Love is huge.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Celebrating the week's work, cooking a meal for friends, seeing a symphony or show, maybe catching a break. I love Hulu and Netflix, and I'm currently working through Doctor Who and the films of Robin Williams, RIP.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

While I love being around friends, I'm also in my head a lot too. Sometimes I forget to clue people into what's going on up there.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people realize their dreams. I AM one of those sensitive guys that you see in a romantic comedy: supportive and nurturing while personally content and quietly confident. I would love to have the privilege of getting to know someone like you.

A gentle caveat: I'm one of the silliest people you may ever meet. Like, Eleventh Doctor silly. If you can make me laugh, we will be instant buddies. If you get to see the more solemn, earnest me underneath, you should consider yourself a close friend, possibly someone I'm totally into. If we end up being fiercely compatible, I'll jump into our adventure, swan dive, no reservations, with arms wide open, Creed-style.

I'm in the process of changing my life by making healthier, more active choices. It would be so remarkable to make a friend/lover who understands how important that is to me and pushes me towards success. Maybe you can share your story of making right choices.

I would love to find more friends with whom to nerd out about art, music, religion, culture, and, naturally, Doctor Who. We should catch a hot chocolate or tea if such is the case. I love hearing people's stories; perhaps you might honor me with yours.

And, thanks for reading.
