My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First, let me say that I love the outdoors. It might have something to do with my "Canadianness". I'm always looking for a new hike (and hiking partners :)

I might not be Prince Charming, but i am Charm Princing. I love to laugh. Sooooooooo much. Life is too short not to laugh early and often. Comedy is my thing and I take it very seriously ;). The drier, the darker, the better.

How do you describe yourself in a few dozen words? I moved to San Diego in January of 2012 from Canada for work. I like the outdoors, hiking, skiing, badminton, movies... but really I'm up for anything and everything. I like to try new things often and I also believe what we are doing is only secondary to the people we are with.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Hopefully I'm doing good, rather than evil... most of the time. I'm trying to stay healthy, getting in a lot of activities like yoga, hiking, etc. Enjoying my work in research. Just a Canadian trying to live the American dream.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Talking, listening; professional conversationalist. Grammar and spelling superstar. Puns.

Oh yeah, I have one other talent. If you do something to your hair, I will both notice and mention it. I'm not sure if this is a skill, bit I am good at it ;)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My blue eyes. I can shoot lasers out of them, too. Don't ask me to do it right away. I need to get to know you first.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Music
2. My family (I know that they're not things, but still)
3. Comedy
4. Backpack
5. My TDI Golf (this is California, cars are a necessity)
6. Brown paper packages tied up with string...
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The science of comedy

The future. And how I'm going to find 1.21 gigawatts to get back to there. Seriously? I think about people a lot. What it is that motivates them, makes them happy, any and all facets of human existence. I'm also fond of thinking about the universe.

I also contemplate how the ending of Breaking Bad has impacted the happiness of humanity as a whole.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Drinking beer with coworkers at a random craft brewery in North County.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have put a bunch of silly, stupid answers to this question and I still hate this question. Now you know my secret.
