I spent my youth pursuing my snowboarding dreams throughout the Intermountain West, then started traveling the world (Europe, Central America, Asia, Polynesia, the Caribbean). Started a massage business based out of Avalon, NJ in 2001 and since then have started to spend more of my time in Philly.

I like being able to bike everywhere in the city and use my car only when it is necessary for work. I love the arts (ballet, opera, haven't been to many museums here but want to go) and have a passion for photography. But my heart lies in the great outdoors and I'm happiest and most comfortable when I can get to the woods, the mountains, or the ocean.

I am passionate about my health and the health of others. I love being a massage therapist, teaching people how to use their bodies more effectively and efficiently, and increasing their own body awareness. I am starting an accelerated nursing program at Jeff in May and am really excited about bolstering my career in the health professions even further.
