My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like video games and sci-fi movies and good literature and improvisational music and theatre and reading textbooks. I am a nerd. I like meeting people and really connecting with them. At the moment, I'm just looking to really enjoy life and have fun and be surrounded by creative, spontaneous people.

I like being honest and genuine and doing things in the moment and experiencing the world in unexpected and adventurous ways. One day, I'm going to write a novel and a screenplay and a video game and an album, (oh, and I want to build a conscious robot). Until that time I'm just going to sit in a gutter and stare at the stars.

I've recently discovered that if you don't live like you mean it, you're just wasting everyone's time, especially your own.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
By day, I'm a Web developer. By night I bang things together and call it music.

Whenever I get the chance, I check out small venues in Williamsburg or Bushwick like Good Bye Blue Monday to feel what's around.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I write. I play piano and guitar and sing. I program.
The first things people usually notice about me

That I voraciously devour food like a savage disregarding all social cues with reckless abandon.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
As far as books go, I love Catch-22, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, 1984, Godel Escher Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid, The Stuff of Thought, and The Perks of Being a Wallflower.

I love movies. Some of my favorites are: Alien, Almost Famous, Waking Life, and Wall-E. Though a list of movies I like doesn't really capture how much they mean to me.

My favorite television shows are The Wonder Years, Six Feet Under, Adventure Time, Lost, Everybody Loves Raymond, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Maxx, Futurama, South Park and Aeon Flux, though I rarely sit down and channel surf (I surf the net instead).

I also really love music. Some of my favorite artists are the Grateful Dead, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, Thelonious Monk, John Coltrane, Duke Ellington, The Beatles, Wilco, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, Dave Matthews Band, Blind Melon etc. etc.

My favorite food is pizza.
