I work full time in Cancer Research and like to spend my free time on the weekends outdoors on a good hike or bike ride at the beach. I have 2 cats. I am close with my family although they do not live in the same state. Born and raised on Long Island went to college in D.C. and moved to California at 25 yrs old. I am healthy, fit and look younger than my age. I read the Los Angeles Times paper every day, enjoy relaxing to TV,cooking,swap meets,garage sales and a good road trip. Definitely not a Tom Boy type of girl but rather like being treated like a woman adored by her man.
I am looking for a a long term relationship with a guy who is taller than 6 foot, has a good sense of humor, confident, healthy, and eats healthy, trustworthy, close with his family, financially stable with a good income and not in debt, likes to hike, camp, go to the beach, and also doesn't mind staying home, but likes to go out to eat once in a while, shows mutual respect and isn't fanatical about just one thing only, a good listener, not too opinionated and basically positive about life.

I work full time and no plans of retiring any time soon. I am working on improving a second career I came upon when the economy went bad and hope to study for 6 months next year to take an exam that will improve my career and become a Cytogenetic Technologist.
