My self-summary
Okay, now that you've stopped oogling my pictures and objectifying me here is a little about me. I'm a veterinarian working in SF and loving my life here. I've spent a lot of time in my life pursuing the career I have and the life I want only to realize that there are things that are much more precious. Nowadays my drive in life is to really live with passion, meaning and not to wait until tomorrow to do the important things because tomorrow is just an idea if you know what I mean. I don't feel I'm tied to any set future(marriage, family, adopting a bunch of cats, working internationally, specializing in medicine, moving to Hawaii) but I feel my heart has the flexibility to be dedicated to what I find to be important.

Recently, I've been really original and going to concerts (Jackie Greene, Jackson Browne, Mason Jennings, Josh Ritter to name a few) and listening to music. I like to try to figure out acoustic songs on the guitar and occasionally make a few of my own. When I get to work, I annoy my staff and grab the hospital cats like a 5 year old. I drink coffee, figure out some cases, maybe a few surgeries if I'm lucky and write records while shooting the shit with my colleague. Hobbies: boxing, jogging around san francisco, spending time with my friends, read, meditate, attend talks and go to bars. Right now I'm planning a summer trip to Bhutan and trying to find a way to fund it which may involve working as an exotic dancer after hours. You should be okay with that by the way. :)
What I’m doing with my life
evolving as a clinician, learning new surgeries, enjoying being a grown up with grown up stuff to do, not wasting it, fiddling on the guitar, planning a summer trip to bhutan, reading.
I’m really good at
fixing male cats with urinary blockages(yeah, its a niche skill), fiddling with things- sometimes fixing it sometimes breaking it, not catching fish on a fly fishing trip

I'm really bad at guessing the sex of androgenous people. I just recently called a lady with a 1980s Eric Estrada haircut a mister. I couldn't recover from that during our conversation. It was very awkward. I'm sad a coin flip has a better chance at getting it right......
The first things people usually notice about me
I've got strong legs. Like horse.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
The Sex Life of Cannibals, Awake in the Wild, Wired, Economist.
Foods: carbs, greasy ass chinese food
Music: josh ritter, Jackson Browne, Rocky Votolato, Eric Johnson, Jackie Greene, josh rouse, Hall and Oates, Eddie Vedder on the Ukulele.
The six things I could never do without
a good pair of jeans
a manual car
I spend a lot of time thinking about
sciencey stuff and medicine, NPR topics, boxing, happiness, patients, friendships, posssibilities, cats, what's new at the academy of science
On a typical Friday night I am
I really don't think of Friday as anything special anymore??? Just kidding. I'm always plotting devious things.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
ok.. i like Borat. ok! A lot. I rock out to Eddie Money late at night typing records at work. Like right meow!
