My Self-Summary
I am a positive, mostly happy mom who is extremely independent and
happy with my life. I am looking for someone to compliment my life
and bring more happiness to it on a daily basis. I love my son more
than anything, my dog, and my job. I have been teaching preschool
forever now (or so it seems!) and I cannot think of a better job
for me. I enjoy shooting pool, swimming and most especially
watching Steelers
football!!!! I also love photograpy and tattoos..... I have tens of thousands of
pictures from over the past 6 years or so.... Literally! A lot of
people think I should do photography on the side!
What I’m doing with my life
Most of my time is devoted to my son. He's fairly young still and
he comes first and foremost in my life. I also have a big dog who
is a big baby who I love to pieces. I have a great job, a great
education and I enjoy fun conversations with people. Teaching is a
huge part of my life. :)
I’m really good at
Teaching, thinking outside the box and giving advice (so I am
told). I am one who will tell you like it is - I won't sugar coat
anything, but I won't be rude about it either (at least most of the
time!!!). I am honest, dedicated and will not be taken advantage
of. I am also pretty good at photography. I think I am pretty good
at capturing people's personalities in pictures.
The first things people usually notice about me
This question makes me smile - almost everyone notices I am a
Steelers fan before anything! I almost always have something
Steelers with me. Besides that, people probably notice that I smile
a lot and I am very friendly.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Jeesh. I could spend hours on this question. I love reading books
by Jodi Picoult, although I have yet to find a guy who had read
even one word of what she has written (even though her books are
hardly "girly"). I love reading Cesar Millan's books - if you don't
know who he is, you must not have a dog! I love all sorts of
movies, but I am not huge into sci-fi. Comedies, suspense, horror,
drama, etc. are fantastic. Dogma and The Boondock Saints are my 2
very favorite movies. I love Mexican food, I could eat it every
single day forever and I'd be just fine with that! I will listen to
almost any kind of music out there.... My favorite artists are 311,
the Beatles, Avril Lavigne, Incubus, Wisin Y Yandel, and I know
there's more, but I can't think right now!

My son and our life. How far I've come in the last four years or

On a typical Friday night I am
