My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Former New Yorker for a year (2010), addicted to English (best compliment ever : "u from new yawk, girl, widdat accent?") independent, curious and passionate about arts and travels (South and North America, but also Europe - you don't always have to go far...), a bit of a geek around the edges. Shy at first (though humor is my first weapon and your greatest ally!).

I'm an autoentrepreneur: training/teaching Storytelling and Creativity. I'm really not bored by my life (that's cool) and I even have some time for my social life (which is also good news).
The only sore point for me is that most of my friends went " couples" on me - who'm I going to travel with? :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I gave up my cushy CDI for autoentreprenariat : I am now my own boss, and a corporate trainer (on subjects like storytelling, creativity and innovation processes - fun!), combined with being an arts teacher in the atelier where I learnt to paint and draw (from age 5 to 25).
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Not knowing what to say and making jokes about it

Singing (jazzy things, mainly) while I do anything (laundry, cleaning up, shower) and not knowing I do it until somebody tells me it's annoying

Finding a thousand complicated - yet creative - ways to do simple things (otherwise, where's the fun?)

Speaking English - with various stupid accents, the main one being a NY accent although I'm French (apparently it's important that I say that, being French appears to be a deal breaker for some people!)

Forgetting the name of everything I love (authors, painters, books and movies) when I'm asked about it - and having it come back to me hours later when it's no use anymore.
The first things people usually notice about me

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My smartphone, my computer, my tablet... (And none of it Apple -told you I was a geek)
My notebook and pencils for sketches on the go
My eyes, even though they're kinda useless (I'm sorta blind, don't even think about moving my glasses from where I put them down, or I'd have to kill you - that is, if I can find you)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The fact that I think way too much
Why people do what they do and say what they say
If I'd rather go blind or deaf (and I honestly don't have an answer)
What clothes will have to be clean for my next training (oh no, that one I regularly forget - I hate laundry)
What was the name of that movie/painting/actor/author again?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to find someone to do something fun and original with - and/or hating all of my friends that coupled up, and that won't come with me anymore...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It might be a problem for some people so I'll just get that out of the way : I HAVE NOT seen the Bronzés series (because I don't like the fact that I seem to know most funny lines without having ever seen it)

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have something fun and original (burger in a diner or drinks in a pub would be fine at that point, I'll try not to be picky!) to offer for a Friday night!
