Just finished reading a few wonderful psychology books regarding emotions, The Language of Emotions and Feelings Buried Alive Never Die and Focus by Daniel Goleman. My favorite movies include Garden State, Limitless, Moulin Rouge, Silver Linings Playbook, and Shawshank Redemption.
