Books: Catcher In The Rye, Ender's Game, Black Boy... I like some other books a lot but those 3 are my favorite. Things Fall Apart is really good too... so is The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. Frederick Douglass's Autobiography is like whoa.

Movies: Children of Men, City of God, , The International, Collateral, Pan's Labyrinth, Signs, Airplane!, Seven Samurai, Sword of the Stranger, District 9, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Bicycle Thief, 400 Blows, The Revolution Will Not Be Televised.

Music: Mostly underground Hip-Hop. I grew up on 60s pop-music too, and I still love those oldies.
