Hello,
I'm absolutely horrible with self-summaries and whatnot so I'll just try to keep it simple. I'm Marisa, I go to WWU and I plan on majoring in sociology but have absolutely no clue what the future may hold. In my spare time I like to read, watch TV/movies, and listen to movies. I feel like I need to add a little disclaimer here -- I am sort of a geek. Or dork. Or generally introverted and really into my TV shows and books. I'm completely OK with not going out and partying all the time, even though I can and will be social if need be.

I can be athletic at times, my passions lie in Ultimate Frisbee and volleyball. I am very competitive, I don't quite know the meaning of a "friendly game" in most instances. I like to win, but I like to be challenged while doing so.

I like to travel but I don't get to do it so much, my favorite place that I have been is Germany and I would love to go back some time in the near future. OKCupid tells me to answer in each language I know, but it would be straight up embarrassing for me to even try to write all of this in German. I know the basics, and a few random statements here and there. High school German FTW.

I have a fear of heights that only extends to open expanses of height (so being in a plane or high up inside a building doesn't phase me). I am not a skilled swimmer and I would probably drown if thrown in the water and expected to swim for longer than a few minutes.

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing on OKCupid... looking for friendship perhaps. Or more? I feel awkward trying to explain myself via a blurb on a profile page. I usually stick to quotes by famous people or lyrics to songs on my other social networking profiles. Hopefully I have kept you interested and engaged but if not, auf wiedersehen
