My self-summary
I like clever, smart, funny and self-deprecating people. Just like me. I live in the real world, mostly designing imaginative and virtual ones; maybe sometimes I mix them a little bit. Hey Spongebob, correct me if I'm wrong.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm temporarily acting as the CTO of a big company while refining my plan to take over the World.
I’m really good at
Creating stories, building new worlds starting from observation of everyday stuff. Do you want to see a dinosaur just like in Jurassic Park? I can manage to bring one to you. Did you ever desire to become an astronaut? Follow me into space? Are you starving? Follow me at a restaurant nearby. God is away, what can I do for you?
The first things people usually notice about me
If I were a microbiologist I would pass most of my time with my eye down on the microscope, so I could have developed a quite common double chin. Instead I'm an astronomer, passing most of my nightlife with head up at the stars; I guess people might find interesting my unique double neck...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Wow, quite a long list...

Books: Perfume by Süskind, anything by Stefano Benni and Daniel Pennac, Siddharta by Herman Hesse, Il Maestro e Margherita by Michail Bulgakov, Le braci by Sándor Márai , Memorie di Adriano by Marguerite Yourcenar, The Hunger Games (yeah, I know...) by Suzanne Collins, la Divina Commedia by Dante, ... almost every ancient Latin and Greek author... most science fiction books, Quo vadis, etc.

Movies: La leggenda del pianista sull'oceano, 8 1/2, Insider, La migliore offerta, Once upon a time in America, Non è un paese per vecchi, the millionaire, million dollar baby, Ed Wood, The big Lebowski, 2001 A space odissey, all Pixar movies (Up above the others), most Dreamworks animation movies, some BluesKSy FX animated movies.

Shows: How I met your mother, Dead like me, The big bang theory, Seinfeld, Curb your enthusiasm, Arrested development, Farscape, Awake (I'm the only one, really?!), Star Trek all series, Stargate SG1 and others, Raising Hope, Breaking bad, The Riches, The Big C, Space 1999, Lie to me (first season), Dexter. Sorry, I'm not into Game of Thrones nor The Borgias nor The Walking Dead or any vampire tv series/movie.

Music: It's faster to say what I don't like for sure: any pre-school music industry phenomenon starting from Nikka Costa down to the latest Justin Bieber. I like almost any genre (from Imogen Heap to Paolo Conte), and I have quite a passion for historical musicals such as Les Miserables.

Food: let apart liver, I'm onnivorous but I prefer seafood and fish to meat. Give me some clam chowder (New England style) and you got a friend forever.
The six things I could never do without
Clear skies.
Fresh air.
Screwing up.
Fixing up.
Screwing up.
Surrender and choose a good book on fixing stuff and life.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to solve problems.
How to make easy things complicated to get some "feeling" from them.
Dreams, visions and motion sickness.
On a typical Friday night I am
Driving back home while singing in the private of my car.

If you live in the same galaxy as me and if you have time and if you're looking for new friends and not for bed-friends and if you're willing to share a gelato while talking about anything different from weather news (but if you live west of Venus tell me whether I have to bring an umbrella).
