My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've been called a master of music and a sensational kisser. I've been told that I box like Mike Tyson and smell better than Tom Ford. I've also been told that any man who bakes blueberry pie as good as me wouldn't be single for long.

I'm a first-generation American (or half-American as some say). I believe the world would be a better place if we all ate more ice cream and baked each other treats. I grew up in the per capita most violent city in the US, but you'd never know it (unless you had to see me defend your honor!). After years in the philosophy club my moral code comes down to being a man my grandmother would be proud of.

Dislikes: Times Square, lechuga muerta, and trafico.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'll do my best, I'll do my best to do the best I can. (Uh huh, uh huh!)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making "outrageously good" brownies for your co-workers. Fixing your gimpy closet door. Pouring you a stiff cocktail after a tough day, rubbing your shoulders and encouraging you to get back out there and kick Life's ass.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I enjoy music more than anyone has a right to. Try me.

Ditto for movies. I've seen more than I care to admit. And daydream of being a film director. But I'm the farthest thing from a film snob.

With books I tend to reach for the classics. I'm currently rereading Moby Dick. (I'm rooting for the whale.) Mostly I'm flipping through the day's New York Times and falling behind the week's Economist.

As for food, don't get me started! Few things are more special to me than cooking for dear ones.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The Boulevardier. Charcuterie, cheese and cornichons. Dark chocolate with sea salt and almonds. Eggs Benedict. Tacos. Pizza!

I thank goodness for my health and money in my pocket. I make time to appreciate the sun on my skin, (when I'm really lucky) bodies of water, fresh air, and good company.

Most days I am grateful for a good night's sleep, that first cup of coffee in the morning, fresh fruit and veg, texts from my family, a good sweat, and sweet tunes.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
my next meal.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
There are no rules for Friday...Sundays however, are food, rest and cuddle-based.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

Teetotalers or vegans are not for me.
