My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm fun-loving, I love to laugh, I try my best to embrace my youth while I'm still in it.
Born and raised in Pure Michigan and damn proud. NYC doesn't know what beer it's missing, or the joys of Big 10 Football gamedays, among many other things.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Having fun. Saving money for new tattoos and new adventures.

Recently moved to NYC for graduate school! Working on getting my MSW.

Attempting to stay as young as possible while I have the chance.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Empathizing, burping, blow jobs, knowing things, etc.
The first things people usually notice about me

Well I have a good number of holes in my ears, and if you catch me in warmer weather you'd see I have 9 tattoos :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Catcher in the Rye is my favorite book I've ever read in school. Every time I go through a bad time in my life, I read Catcher and the books gains a whole new meaning. It's awesome. I like other Salinger books, too.

I also really like psychology-y books, non-fiction and fiction alike.
Lately I've been reading mostly textbooks, though - which isn't really all that bad since I love what I'm going to school for.

As for movies go, I'll watch almost anything. I love actually scary movies, zombie flicks, unnecessarily gory movies such as Saw, anything gross or creepy.
I love anything by Judd Apatow. ANYTHING.
Other favorites: Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Away We Go, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, 500 Days of Summer, Winter's Bone, American History X, Fight Club, The Breakfast Club, Easy A, Anchorman, Mean Girls (it's just too damn fun too quote and I'm not sorry about it), The Dark Knight, (almost) anything Disney Pixar, Edward Scissorhands, Hard Candy, Funny Games, The Aristocats, and lots of others.

TV: Game of Thrones, Bob's Burgers, Parks & Recreation, Scandal, King of the Hill, How I Met Your Mother, Orange is the New Black, Friends, Workaholics, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Metalocalypse, Adventure Time, The Regular Show, Robot Chicken, Louie, Spongebob Squarepants, others 90's Nickelodeon cartoons.

For as long as I can remember, Brand New has been my favorite band, no competition. I also really like 90's alternative, EDM, late 80's rock (The Cure, The Smiths), a little hardcore, some metal, among many many others. Getting more and more into the hip hop scene - Kendrick Lamar is a newer favorite.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
a toothbrush
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future. However, I try my very best to live in the present - since that's where I am and all.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either drinking or studying. Sometimes it's both at the same time.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Uhhh, I have an OkCupid profile?
