From Nova Scotia but went to Western for school and now living in Downtown Toronto. I'm a big fan of the city and living it up with my friends.

Studied business and economics but really interested in how people make decisions, specifically how those decisions are influenced by marketing (my current industry).

I have discovered that I am a little rusty when it comes to meeting new people, so thought I would try online since the concept of yelling over music at a club isn't exactly my wheelhouse.

After I graduated I ended up working in marketing strategy in Toronto. Luckily most of my university friends are in the city and they are really good at peer pressure, leading to hilarious encounters with everything from rock climbing to scotch fountains (true story).

At the moment I'm doing international corporate development for a marketing company that expanding into some of the BRIC nations, which makes for interesting exposure to different cultures.

Basically I'm at a point where I have little to no idea where I want to end up and sort of trying a whole bunch of different things to see what sticks. So if you have any suggestions of something new to try let me know!

Also, I love learning about anything and everything so when I don't know about something I love just asking a fair number of questions. This is why my last attempt to hit on someone resulted in a surprisingly in depth discussion on contract law, which is interesting given I have pieced together my view on law from Suits and Franklin & Bash.

either seriously questioning my friends' decision making processes and loving every second of it (jimmy eat world karaoke? really? 4L pitchers? touche...)

sitting and watching an old movie that randomly showed up on TBS/I haven't seen in a really long time

I'm pretty scared about the prospect of ending up unremarkable, and I'm doing everything I can to avoid it.
