My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm devious, dedicated, and dreamy!

Looking to meet someone nice to spend time with.

I haven't dated much in my life and a few other reasons. I just hope people don't dismiss me with no consideration for multiple common interests.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Mostly working right now. Some uncle duties... I'm a techie, and a pretty honest, stable kind of guy.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being shy. Sometimes to the point of inactivity and perceived disinterest!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My average epidermis. (That's skin. JUST skin.)

I've never asked anyone. People used to tell me my face was so expressive I looked like Jim Carrey.... And a long time ago Wil Wheaton, aka Wesley Crusher.
I don't ask because some questions you shouldn't ask if you don't know the answer already!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
California rolls/basic sushi... I like breakfast for dinner. Small steaks at Texas Roadhouse. I'm cutting down on red meat in 2015, though.
HIMYM, and Big Bang Theory are tops, along with Gold Rush, Modern Family, and The Middle. Doctor Who
Old but will still watch: Star Wars and Trek pretty much any of it... Frasier, to me is kinda my "gold standard" for really good comedy sitcom. King of the Hill also at the top of the list.
I'll entertain some reality shows if it doesn't involve sniping or swearing at each other all the time. (Pawn Stars, maybe. Real Housewives... Not so much!)
Sooo many movies. Some old: Midnight Run, Trading Places, Coming to America, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Takin' Care of Business... New: The Avengers, Pacific Rim was decent, Shawshank... Guardians of the Galaxy was even better than I expected... The cameo after the end credits was weird, though.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Something to do.
Family-cool niece and nephew.
Internet connectivity of some sort. Job-related.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The future, the past... Never my mind on where I am, what I am doing!
Finding a girl/woman that can identify the origin of that previous sentence.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to enjoy friends' company. Frequently this ends up with me at my computer checking out this site and a couple others like it! I love tinkering, so frequently building or messing with gadgets of some kind.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That the horse went around with his foot off the ground.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think we could have some fun together.
If you like slightly geeky guys. (I avoid the word nerd for a reason.)

***If your kids are not under 2 or behave badly...
I am expanding my horizons here... But I would rather not deal with the sticky, messy, loud kind unless I had a hand in making them!

Honesty is a virtue, right?
