My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Back in the area for grad school after about ten years in Boston.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I worked at two consulting firms in Boston since graduating from college, but changed direction about two years ago and am now studying psychology in grad school.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Remembering faces, especially for actors/actresses across movies. And recognizing bands/musicians voices/music. Appreciating humor. Finding good things to read.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've gotten an absurd range and variety of look-a-like comments (even from strangers). And no this is not a humble brag, some have been flattering though definitely not all.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

The music I like (love) is all over the map. Aside from a few songs (like 2 or 3) I don't really like country music. I know it would help but for right now I can't go through and list out all the bands I like, there are too many. A similar story with movies. My netflix list is all over the place, but I love movies. Two of my favorites are Groundhog Day and Crimes & Misdemeanors. For TV I love It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Seinfeld, Curb your Enthusiasm, Family Guy, Sopranos, Californication, Deadwood, Chapelle's Show and a few others.
I've recently been on a comedy book streak and read about the National Lampoon, Doug Kenney's biography, and Richard Pryor's autobiography.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family
friends
Music
netflix
outdoors/water
exercise
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Where I'm headed (and why), how to enjoy things along the way.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Totally depends on how my week went and how I'm feeling that day.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been trying to get the nerve for an open mic night (stand up) for about two years.
