I'm a bit of an introvert with lots of somewhat geeky interests that I focus my time on.
I like science and especially math and physics. I am quite the logical and analytical type. I tend to overanalyze things a lot. I like figuring out how things operate and I enjoy learning new things. I really enjoy interesting conversations regarding ethics, morals, psychology, science, religion, politics, history, ideology etc etc.
I'm interested in almost everything technologywise, especially computers. I like programming and I sometimes develop my own applications, games and websites. I am a software engineer and currently works as a software developer which basically means I design and construct software systems and consume unearthly amounts of coffee. The coffee-part is a highly mandatory part of my everyday life.
Other interests are for instance gaming (mostly pc), roleplaying and boardgames, anime/manga, assembling and painting miniature figures, movies, music, history, drawing, reading, writing articles and stuff etc. I'm not at all a partyguy, I'd prefer time at home with something fancy to eat and a good movie or a nice book over a night out. Going out for a beer or two can be really enjoyable especially combined with good company. But nightclubs and that sort of stuff is not my thing anymore.
I'm quite pragmatical and not very spiritual or idealistic. Well I can be too, depends on the topic and on my mood ;) I like to view myself as openminded, tolerant and open to new ideas and concepts. As for as ethics are concerned I sympathize with the view of utilitarianism and I suppose some might put me in the ultra-liberal category. I think anything can be discussed and rationalized. I'm not at all conservative or oldfashioned, but rather progressive.
