Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I have lived in Austin for over 20 years and love it here. I own my
own business and my boss LOVES my work...(she gives me raises on a
regular basis...hah!) I have three children who are grown, though I
sometimes can't resist asking them to sit on my lap like they did
when they were babies...don't worry...they always say "NO!" I have
a puppy named Bingo. We walk every morning around 6:30. He consents
to sit on my lap. I am a yogini...i go to yoga almost everyday. I
came to it late but it has been an incredibly liberating journey!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I try to balance working with travel and playtime. I also have a
serious side, am a passionate reader...one of my daughters is a
published author. ! I love my work, I love the people I meet
through my work and, most of all, I love the flexibility and
diversity of my work. So my work is my pleasure. And I feel so
fortunate to like what I do. ON THE OTHER HAND! there's nothing
like playtime! and I try to get as much as I can. love to travel
and socialize with friends.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am curious by nature and I am someone who takes listening to
others very seriously. We learn nothing if we don't listen first.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
quiet and stillness
giving and receiving
compassion and empathy
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I try to train myself to still the chattering mind, to detach from
mindless thinking about the past, the future, obsessive thoughts,
worries, etc. Instead I try to move forward into the flow of grace
of each day and to float in it and to gain whatever I can from it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I often am attending work-related events over the weekend. When I
don't have to work, I sometime like to meet up with a friend for
dinner or drinks but I also enjoy an evening at home, reading or
catching a show on TV.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
