I'm easy going, love to have fun and laugh, and am always seeking to broaden my horizons, through travel, food, music, books or the people I meet.

I grew up in the Bay Area but ventured to Boston for college, did a post-grad fellowship in Eastern Europe studying emerging technology, and then moved to NYC, where I lived for 3 years. Now I'm back in SF, getting to know this great city. My ongoing quests: find the best burrito, the best old fashioned, the best views and the best people.

I work for a tech company in the city doing ad + product related stuff

I'm pretty good at: scrabble/words with friends, cooking, making music, rock climbing

I'm less good at: going to bed early

I like to laugh a lot and I try to find hidden puns in most everything

Books: The Count of Monte Cristo, The Botany of Desire, Alive, Freakonomics, Moneyball. Anything by William Gibson or Jon Krakauer.

Movies: I'm wide open here. I enjoy Dramas/Thrillers, Action and Comedy, but nothing too cheesy. Classic Adam Sandler or Will Ferrell movies are the best (I've been known to drop Anchorman quotes with some frequency), but I also like more serious stuff like an American History X, or a good foreign film like Run Lola Run. Great movie you've probably never seen: Human Traffic.

TV Shows: Mad Men, Entourage, Weeds, Breaking Bad, Seinfeld re-runs, Louis CK, a documentary of some sort (David Attenborough is prolific), live sports

Music: I'm getting more into electronic music and more indie stuff, but I like pretty much anything up-tempo that can be danced to. Some artists currently in rotation: Miike Snow, Metric, Orishas, Ratatat, Cake, Deadmau5, Chromeo, Daft Punk, Geographer, Kanye, Miami Horror, GirlTalk (and mashups), Sublime, John Coltrane, Jamiroquai, Eminem, Adele, Foster the People, Lupe Fiasco, Mumford & Sons, Florence + Machine, Medina, Drive Soundtrack...

Food: Yes. I love sushi, mexican, vietnamese (mmm, pho), italian, the list could go on and on...! I'm not picky at all and definitely appreciate a good meal.
