My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
so I guess this is always the hardest part. how to self-summarize myself in a few sentences. hmm. well I'm a really mellow guy but I can get enthused about things I care about. I grew up on a farm in the woods but I love cities. I've been an actor and theatre person for years, and am now fortunate enough to make a living doing theatre.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I teach acting at an acting conservatory program for kids and teens in Springfield MA and I also direct, stage manage, sound design, keep the website updated, all kinds of stuff for the organization, and I love it. My job keeps me pretty busy but I'm good at turning off my work brain when I can and relaxing for a movie, hike or canoe ride. been getting (back) into fishing recently.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

I recently discovered China Mieville and I'm devouring everything he's written. I like reading scifi but I'll read anything if it comes well recommended. Recently I've been reading Shakespeare plays that I've never read or seen before - so far I read Coriolanus, Cymbeline & The Winter's Tale.
My favorite TV shows right now: Game of Thrones, Vikings, Breaking Bad.
Music: mostly classic rock, but I listen to everything. A friend browsed my iPod recently and said it was the most eclectic mix of music she'd ever seen.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Good books, sunshine, coffee, the news, the theatre, music.
