My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm Cali-born, Utah/Maine-raised. I'm up at the University of Utah studying for another year or so.

I like almost everyone I meet so send me a message!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm trying to line things up to head back overseas as soon as I graduate.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I think I'm pretty good with languages though I'm no polyglot. I've discovered that I do pretty well as a teacher with classes of 50+ students. I can also happily sing for hours at KTV.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
For the last six months I've had people stare at me because I'm obviously not Chinese. I don't know what people notice here in the states. Maybe my Harry Potter scar from when I got in a bar fight with a Russian in Thailand...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Ever-evolving with lists that could go on forever. So, I'll just try for favorites!

Book: Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy

Movie: A Beautiful Mind

Show: The Daily Show, Game of Thrones

Music: The Shins, 邓紫棋

Food: Spicy Hunan Chinese food
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Travel. I don't like just seeing the same place over and over again, it's nice to switch it up.

2) The internet. Being able to look up whatever I want whenever I want has been amazing, I would hate to go without.

3) Chinese food. Preferably spicy, Hunan food. So delicious!

4) A place to run. Whether it be a tredmill in the wintertime or some decent trails durring the summer I always want to have a place to go running.

5) People. I love being around other human beings. I very rarely have those, "Go into the woods to be away from it all," impulses. I love being around people.

6) My Family. I have seven sibblings and coudn't imagine life without one of them.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Foreign countries.
History/politics.
Economics.
Linguistics.
Running/fitness.
Volunteering.
Science/Math/Physics.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Losing my voice at KTV, frequenting a nice 酒吧, burning my legs out on a dancefloor, loosening my belt and yelling "干杯!" with the best of them :)
