My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am open minded about life, people and the world. I follow my interests and I have managed to blend my academic life/work with exploring the world. Ive just moved to dunedin from the UK so looking to meet new people.

Why have I signed up to this? I am looking to meet people I wouldn't normally meet. I want to explore new places, see a new perspective on the city/life and have fun.

I enjoy doing lots and doing very little; including mountain biking, climbing, photography, hillwalking, films, whisky, reading, mooching around town and occasional lie-ins

I'm not sure OKC's algorithms work at all...don't trust the personality tab.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have just finished my PhD in Geology and I am now trying to find my way in the world...again.

So I wonder and wander, teach, life model, read and try to enjoy this time off without become disheartened.

Movies and books - not naming titles, but generally where I will learn something but also be entertained. Not quite art house, I find those films a little difficult sometimes, but somewhere close. Herzog documentaries are a little explored favourite of mine. That being said, I also like normal films too...

Music - Radio 6.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
a bike (life is better with bikes)
sleeping bag
a nice coffee in the morning
sunshine
the sea
and mountains

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- working out what the world was like 250 million years ago (work...)
- daydreaming of weekend and evening adventures
- life, the universe, mind, body, spirit, society..
- how to open a message to someone you've not met yet over a dating website....there must be some clever skill to it that I seem not to have. I'm normally fine after the bad opener.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
anything from watching TV to mountain biking in the Pentlands.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm quite open and will answer questions honestly. But you have to ask them first. You might be shocked, you might not be.
