My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
This needs an update! Coming soon.

Hi, I'm Matt. I'm 32 years old and have owned my house for over 4 years. I have a Boxer puppy and he is my world. Recently I started eating a mostly vegan diet, mostly fruits and veggie(green smoothie power! DON'T FORGET THE KALE!!! someone get that reference, please), and walk a lot(a lot, mini hikes or full on hikes, 4-7 miles at a time) and am enjoying the benefits. I work in a preschool during the school year and with school age kids during the summer. I've worked with kids for 12 year and love my job. I'm back in school in an ECE program to get ahead in my work. I play guitar and write songs, I haven't been in a band in a while but would love to be in one again some day. I love playing card and board games as well!

So many "I" sentences, I- ahem- am not a fan, but you get the idea.

I should note, I'm very liberal and an atheist. Also, I'm a huge SF Giants and 49ers fan.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working hard and trying to move up the ladder or see what else I can find along the way. I'm back in school to better my education and move up the work ladder, hopefully! Writing songs, looking for a band, working on my house and trying to be a better person!

This needs a major update.
Some goals for the year:
*Goal update!: I've lost 40 pounds, got an amazing dog, and have started giving blood! Also have plans for my back yard and am putting sod in for the dog in a week or two.
---Learn how to play piano
-x-Give blood regularly
-x-Get in better shape(well on my way!)
---Start doing those fun looking 5k's and races of the like
-x-Get my yard and house in order enough to get a dog!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Whatever I put my mind to!

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The Dexter books, anything about rockstars' lives or other celebs I like. And the books by Frank Portman, King Dork is an amazing book. I got a Kindle Fire, so that is expanding my reading!

Movies: Kevin Smith movies are good. Really like silly, fun movies. Zombies movies are high up there. Ones that make me think and open my mind, or take me out of my life for a while. Star Wars! I like just putting on a random movie and watching it, my netflix instant queue has over 300 movies/tv shows and docs on it!

TV Shows:30 rock, the office, parks and rec, community, Law and Order(all of them, SVU and C.I. mostly), Crimes shows, CSI, Party Down, lots of British shows, and a ton of others on my instant queue. SOA, Walking Dead, the list goes on and on

Music: Punk rock, Rock 'N' Roll, old and outlaw country, some rap, mostly older rap. Not a big fan of anything now and popular, but catchy pop does do its job on me sometimes. Ramones, Joan Jett, The Cramps, Pinhead Gunpowder, Rancid, The Briefs, Old Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Queers, The Misfits, lots of local bands!

Food: "I like food, food is good" If you get that, message me! I like a lot of food, let's eat! I also love to cook!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Assuming air and water and a bit of food are a no order...
1. My dog, Buster
2. Music
3. A guitar
4. friends and family
5. my iphone
6. something good to read
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
-I think a lot about the education system, being in it for so long has had a huge impact on how I feel about it.
-Religion...not a fan
-Music, I cant always just listen, I have to rip it apart in my head. If you can find as deep a meaning in this song as I can then let's talk! This was sort of a boot strap song for last year, but I still love that song
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging with friends, home relaxing, or at a show. Maybe playing a card or board game. Huge fan of games, video games too, but more so card/board!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a metal rod in my left leg from when I was in Jr. High.
