Movies: Howl's Moving Castle; Le Notti di Cabiria and Ladro di
Biciclette; Jean de Florette and Manon des Sources; The Secret
Lives of Words.
Shows: Game of Thrones; The Simpsons (seasons 1-9); Looney Toons
and Rupert (childhood favorites)
Music: just about anything by John Grant, or Ludovico Einaudi, or
Fabrizio de Andre', or Yves Montand, or Michael Nyman. Specific
songs: "Heaven's Light" by Alan Menken; "Mon Amie La Rose" by
Food: my motherland's cuisine is always going to be a favorite but,
aside from that, I'd say Indian, French, and Spanish.
