My self-summary
I like to make things and tinker with stuff. Lately I've been baking sourdough bread (based off the Tartine book), making pizza (inspired by the Pizza Hacker), and woodworking at the Tech Shop (working on small tables).

I'm a reluctant road cyclist who would prefer to be mountain biking. I'm also into camping, backpacking, and snowboarding.

I make a living as a software developer, and absolutely enjoy it. However, I consider myself pretty well rounded, and think that exercise and making things with your hands is just as important as typing on a computer.
What I’m doing with my life
I quit my full time job a few years ago to travel, but that has slowed and I have had a permanent address for a while. Not finished with seeing the world though.

Just transitioned from freelancing as a software developer to being a co-founder of a startup.
I’m really good at
Learning how to do new things. There isn't much that I am not interested in figuring out.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my irresistible charm and charisma. Maybe my borderline obnoxious sarcasm.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: I'll read just about anything, but lean towards sci-fi/fantasy.

My favorite movies are True Romance and The Empire Strikes Back. I like just about every Tarantino and Wes Anderson film.

Food: I really like SF pizza and coffee. Sightglass and Una Pizza Napoletana are my favorite places. I became a ramen lover/snob after traveling around Japan a couple years ago.
The six things I could never do without
Two-wheeled transportation
Coffee
Baseball
Wood
Flour
Beer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Various projects, crossword clues, offseason SF Giants moves, the chronology of the Fast and Furious films.
On a typical Friday night I am
Maybe resting up for a Saturday ride, or at the shop working on a project. Possibly out for a drink with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like receiving flowers in addition to giving them.
You should message me if
Something on here catches your eye and you want to grab a drink. That's about it, I don't have a checklist.
