My self-summary
Originally an east coaster, I've been here since 2012, and I'm really enjoying life in Seattle. I actually enjoy listening and like people who can bring out my more talkative side, not that I am necessarily quiet.

I went to NYU and have a degree in religious studies. Mainly, I am a drummer for a fuzzy dreamy rock band, and I run the back end of three specialty food shops to pay the bills.
What I’m doing with my life
I play a lot of music, and when I'm not playing music I'm probably listening to music, and thinking about playing music. When I'm not working or playing music I'm usually bouldering, or hiking a random mountain. I love driving around with no particular direction, or seeing how fast I can bike down Denny without getting hit by commuters.
I’m really good at
Listening. Creating music. Making kids smile. Doing funny voices. Trying to be athletic. Cooking (ok maybe just good). Keeping track of random information. I also really love to dance, I've been given 1st place in several "Unofficial" dance offs.

Also, I'm really BAD at proof reading. I always have been, and though I'm in rehab for it, I think it will always be with me.
The first things people usually notice about me
"Has anyone ever told you that you look like Ben Affleck?"
Me- "No"

"Woah, you have tattoos?"

The six things I could never do without
1. Music
2. My family
3. Friends
4. Good food
5. Time to do nothing
6. A good shower
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life, the universe, everything

Sandwiches. How to construct the perfect one. What items make for the best building blocks. Bacon? Mayo? Avocado?
On a typical Friday night I am
Running, jumping, climbing trees. Fighting crime as my superhero alter ego, though I can't seem to get the tights to fit properly.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
If I'm at home and intoxicated, I will instantly think that baking cookies is the best idea, EVER. They will take forever, but be worth it in the end.

I have been sleeping with earplugs in for a few years, and I'm afraid that I'm addicted to them now.

At the risk of sounding like I'm 40, I really love a good farmers market.
You should message me if
You can beat me in a foot race. Mmm maybe some hurdles.
If you know of or have taken part in the adventure that is Settlers of Catan. Hmm that might make me a huge dork. Oh well.
