Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm ambitious, creative, a geek, admittedly girly as evidenced by
the photos, but with edge not depicted. If money were no issue, I
would still work...that 4 hour work week. If time were no issue, I
would cook a lot more and invite people over for more long dinners.
When home, I like to be homey. When traveling, I make the most of
every new place. e.g., getting dolled up for a solo dinner in
Lisbon, brandishing my bad French to haggle in Morocco, or just
striking up conversation at a Nashville taco joint.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
By day, a management consultant with a not-so-distant non-profit
past. Used to be a teacher, am still involved in education and plan
to be indefinitely. (I am drawn to people who value/are passionate
about making a difference.) If you asked me my dream job, I would
say writer-- still intent on making that happen later down the
line. Usually, I am hanging out, looking for an excuse to get on my
bike in the city or Marin, a yoga class at Mission Cliffs, coveting
other peoples' dogs, getting about half-way through whatever book,
starting a new one.
I’m really good at

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Great books (the kind you feel you should ration to stretch out the
enjoyment but can't help yourself from consuming all at once, sunny
day or not), green smoothies, good friends, good conversation (the
kind that crosses totally different topics but just flows, usually
had with the good friends), my family, the outdoors
