My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
First and foremost the name. It's an homage to my days as a musician/slam poet. I went by Mayhem the Prodigal Demon. It fit for the insanity/humor that I brought out on stage and is definitely part of the highlight reel that is my life. Now enough with that, on to the sales pitch (that's what we're here for right).

I'm a forth-coming individual who has practically no filter (get it from my momma). I'm honest and upfront and not known to pull punches. I have been called a smart ass on more than one occasion, but people always respect me for telling the truth and not holding back. And they say I'm really funny (hmm, come to think of it, everyone says that). I'm the guy who can be intense, if the need arises, but not take himself too seriously.

I like to consider myself an intellectual and I have been described as the cool nerd, because I can fit into practically any social group. I spend a ridiculous amount of time with my face in a book trying to learn something and drawing. I like to travel and enjoy a good hike through the woods every now and then. And I can be a tad bit impulsive (ok, really impulsive).

But then again the need for this whole dissertation is rather moot, because you'll make a determination about the kind of person that YOU think I am after you've talked to me. So anything else about me, I'll let you decide.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying it. Living it. Making life happen. [Insert cliche here].
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
everything I set out to do (is that too overly confident). That includes, but is definitely not limited to, all of my hobbies: drawing, writing, programming, gaming, cooking (always say that if you're fat and you can't cook, you've made some poor life choices), reading (I'm a phenomenal reader), sarcastic cynicism, singing, dancing (salsa anyone), etc, etc.

I like to consider myself a bit of a Renaissance Man. I don't believe that people should limit themselves and should try to experience everything that this world has to offer. Especially if it means stepping out of your comfort zone.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My size (huh, huh ladies...ok I'll let myself out). I'm a pretty big guy (fat). Tall, massive shoulders (fat) and looks a little intimidating. And always with a scarf on my head. I've been told that I always look like I'm preparing for a fight, but I don't see it (obviously).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Favorite Books
-Anything by George Orwell or George R.R. Martin , or Stephen King (do graphic novels and manga count in this category) I am also an avid reader of philosophy, history, psychology and art. Actually, I try to know everything I can cram into my head. You have to put those 2.4 petabytes of brain storage to work.

Favorite Movies
-Little Shop of Horrors, Evil Dead, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Akira (there's more but let's keep the list at a reasonable size)

Favorite Shows
-I can honestly say that I don't watch television, but there are a few shows that people have turned me on to that I enjoy. The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, Falling Skies, and a few others that have peaked my interest.

Favorite Music
-Anything that gets my toes tapping and my head bobbing (so I guess I don't really have a favorite per se). I have an eclectic music taste, I tend to listen to anything except rap music that has come out in the last five or so years (that crap sucks). I can tell you my favorite country song and symphony in the same breath and everything in between.

Favorite Food
-Would it be too stereotypical if I said chicken. Yeah let's go with chicken.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-My thirst for knowledge
-pencils & paper
-a good book
-a good pair of boots (I like to walk a lot)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I'm going to take over the world
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Spending time with friends out and about or indulging in my own hobbies.
Honestly, I don't have any typical days. I move where my feet take me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
It perplexes me when I read a profile and someone says that they have x number of children that they love/adore/treasure. Would you ever put "I have 2 children who I utterly loathe and can't stand."? See perplexing

after reading this long spiel, you find me interesting. If you don't then why would you do that? That would just be weird (and a little creepy, but mostly weird).
