Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a regular guy on the larger side. I used to put overweight for
my body type because I didn't think the description "a few extra
pounds" accurately described it. However, seeing that many women
immediately dismiss you once seeing that I have decided to leave it
blank. I enjoy a variety of activities and realize it is the
company you keep that makes these things most enjoyable. I like
going to sporting events, continuing my education, cooking and just
hanging out and b.s.ing and talking about the issues of the day. I
have traveled around some and like what I have seen especially in
the Pacific. I am easy to get along with and definitely not a
With that said, here are three of my pet peeves that I read in
women's profiles. Motorcycle? Do you have some need for road rash
or a a head injury? I agree, they look cool and are exhilarating at
times, but after the first ride then what? Transportation for the
warm part of the year and the potential for a small indiscretion
(like turning your head to look at something or somebody not
noticing you while riding) leading to your death. Also, aren't they
kind of fascist? Only two people can ride at most. Not to mention
the fact that if you think someone is cool or attractive because he
has a motorcycle, aside from the obvious indication of
superficiality, the mere fact that you have to buy something that
then makes you cool are you really cool? I guess according to some
women you are.
Secondly, you want a guy who is dominant? Haven't got over the
Daddy issues yet? Like explaining to your friends after your
boyfriend screams at you or someone else for some inanity like
leaning on his car that he is just, "really passionate"? That's
your dominant man. Yes, of course you are an independent woman.
That's why you are looking for a man to tell you what to do and
belittle you for not doing it.
Finally, you want someone who is financially independent? Look,
that basically excludes anyone who has chosen a life of public
service or experienced hard times in the latest economy, or you
just want someone to lie to you about it. I would love to be
financially independent. Maybe some day I will be, but I knew going
in that being a teacher wasn't going to give it right away, if
ever. Same goes for cops, firemen, and a lot of trades.
Oh, and one more thing. For those of you who select, "The Earth"
when the question section asks which is bigger the Earth or the
Sun. Please God and everything or anything that is holy tell me it
is in jest, otherwise you should not be allowed to hold sharp
implements or anything with an edge that might penetrate skin.
Because if you are that stupid or overly committed to some
religious interpretation of life, the universe and everything that
tells you this is true, you should not have reproduced or be
allowed to reproduce and are truly a danger to us all.
I am at ease, inquisitive, and pleased to meet you

Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have professionally dedicated my life to education. I am a
teacher now, and I am trying to finish my dissertation for my
doctorate in educational leadership. I am a big believer in getting
out and seeing life from as many perspectives as possible.

Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am really good at mediating between people. I am an excellent
cook, as I worked as one during my early college years at night to
help pay for my school. I am really good at making people feel at
ease and I think that I am good at that because I am a good
listener. I like to hear other people's stories and dont mind
telling my own. I'm really good at being mediocre at golf.
