I'm not a huge fan of self proclamations, but here goes.... Let's see, I am a 38 year old British-American bloke. I moved to the Bay Area 2 1/2 years ago from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) for some advanced training and decided to stay. I love living here & have made some awesome friends and met some pretty dynamic people.

After way too many years in school, I've joined a practice in the east bay and I'm enjoying my work. Beyond my professional pursuits, I've rediscovered music again so looking forward to playing piano, picking up the guitar and maybe I'll find a venue for singing again too.

I really love living in the bay area, and have made some awesome friends. I'm exploring the city, trying to compose a list of favorite restaurants, finding new areas to jog in, playing tennis and taking up sailing again.

Hmm, well not sure how good I am, but I really enjoy playing tennis, running, working out, food (I love the restaurants here), cooking (I have an online recipe database that makes my mom proud!), interesting conversation and meeting new people/making friends. And if it requires being outside, a racquet, or a ball (insert pun here).... I'm a fast learner!

Hmm, I could get deeply profound here... I think about the opportunities in my career to do good for people when they are at their worst. I think about the "Ah hah" moments that come with helping people, and how I can do better.

It depends... if I'm not at work (which happens from time to time) I'm usually at the gym for a bit, then really its a toss up. I could be out with friends catching up at a cocktail hour, resting at home with the clicker and a bowl of popcorn, or road tripping out of town.
