My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi! If you didn't figure it out from my username I'm Meg (yes, Meg is the full name on my birth certificate) I graduated from the college of Saint Rose with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. I was born and raised in the Albany area. I have a good friend that found a great guy on here and am hoping to do the same.

“The real lover is the man who can thrill you by kissing your forehead or smiling into your eyes or just staring into space.”
― Marilyn Monroe
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am currently working full time as a teaching assistant with the hopes of becoming a head teacher soon. I have been working with kids since I was in high school and it is something I am passionate about. I currently provide child care for multiple families, one of which I have been with for many years. I am starting my masters in literacy in January.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Conquering the world,
Starting Flash dance mobs,
Leaping tall buildings,...
and sarcasm.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am a very outgoing person and tend to be the "loud one" in my group of friends. I can't stand sitting in a room and not talking to people. I'm the person that will approach a guy at a bar (but sadly most of them haven't been worth it). I tend to take the lead in a group though I am more than willing to listen to others ideas.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I have to say I'm a bit of a Harry Potter nerd. I have read them all numerous times. I am also a fan of memoirs. My two Favorites are "The Color of Water" and "All Souls". I read a lot of young adult and classic children's literature for professional reasons. (Plus they are super fast and easy reads!)

I am constantly listening to music. My phone has no storage left on it from all my music. I like everything from Top 40 to Classical. However, my all time favorite band is Hanson (Yes, MMMbop lol but they also have new stuff thats great)

If I have to pick my favorite movie it would probably be "The Sandlot" It reminds me of my childhood. My sister and I would watch it over and over again.

My top five tv shows are NCIS, Big Bang, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl and Say Yes to the Dress. I have also gotten into Friends since finding it on Netflix.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Family (sappy but true)
My IPhone (because its 2015)
Chia Latte (at least a couple times a week)
My kids (not actually "mine")
My crazy Friends (their insanity makes me feel better about my own, hahahah)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My dream house. I considered becoming an Architect before I decided on teaching. I love designing houses and looking at house plans.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hang out with my friends or family. Sometimes we go out but I also enjoy just staying in and spending quality time together.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm going to put this out there because it seems to matter to a lot of people. I consider myself to be a practicing catholic. That means that I go to church at least twice a month. Im active in my church and my faith is important to me. That being said I would never push religion and faith on to someone else. I'm also very socially liberal and am in no way a "bible thumper" as one date put it. So to put it simply: don't judge me and I won't judge you. If the fact that I go to church bothers you then we're not going to work.
