My Self-Summary
My name's Sara and I'm generally not a complicated person. Through
some cosmic hiccup, I know a lot about Russia, including many of
the old tribes that still exist there. I also fancy myself a
fishkeeper and a good conversationalist especially on my favorite
topics (though those vary throughout the day).
What I’m doing with my life
Currently, I find myself living in Chapel Hill after getting my
degree in Political Science and Slavic Studies. Where this will
take me, I haven't a clue. As of late, it's taken me to full-time
work in a coffee bar.

In an ideal world, I'm a spectacular Russian speaker and a very
articulate writer that's a social butterfly and beloved by all.
However, this is reality...
While I am a decent writer, I fancy myself a good chef that's generally a responsible person with a flair for negotiating.

Usually people notice I'm way too thin, very short, and usually I
have something covering my head.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I'll eat most anything, so long as they're not bell peppers or
veal. Beyond that, I try to keep a pretty open mind.
My movie tastes aren't quite as varied. I enjoy most things that are animated and the occasional comedy or good action movie. Usually who I'm with is more important than what we're watching.
I'm a voracious reader and my favorite books are varied and many. We'll leave it at that.
Music is an interesting animal. I'll listen to everything, and unlike others that follow that up with "Well, except country, rap, or (insert hated genre here)" I actually mean it. I certainly have my favorites which include: classic rock, Russian folk, happy hardcore, most forms of techno, and Celtic. My taste runs the gamut. A music fraternity will do that to you.
