Some of my favourite activities include:
Getting to know people, Bonfires, Camping, drunken nights singing my lungs out, driving my supercharger, learning new things, trying new things, bush walks, chasing sunsets, cuddles, loud music, dancing to loud music, having a laugh, playing foosball, spending time with my mates, going to gigs, sleeping in! Drinking beer, Going to the beach, going on road trips, random missions, living for the moment, painting, travelling, writing and photography.

I'm currently working as a Barista - a very different change from my usual occupation of Marketing!

At the moment roles in Marketing are difficult to find, and rather than spend months looking for something with no income, I figured I would get a low key role that allows me to earn some money as well as refresh my hospitality skills as I plan to head to Vancouver in Jan / Feb for a one year working holiday.

Travelling is my number one passion (shared equally with music) and I figured what better time to venture out and explore than in a recession - time waits for no one and I'm not one of these people to sit back and let life pass me by. The last thing I want is to look back at my life and all the time I had and wish I had made more of it.

Nothing is booked as yet, but I'm 99.9% sure I'm going, so as such, I'm not looking for anything serious on here at the moment.

Music is my life so I don't think I could possible list everything on here! I like metal, but equally I also enjoy classic rock and instrumental stuff along with most mainstream music. Raps probably the only thing I don't listen to :)

My favourite bands are:
Pink Floyd, Muse, Opeth, A Perfect Circle, Dire Straits, The Fray, The Verve, Garbage, Pearl Jam

I also love Classic Rock (Def Leppard, GnR, The Cult, The Eagles, The Beatles, Hendrix, Alice in Chains etc) a bit of dance music and Black Metal.

Fave Books:
Blue Kisses by Keith Hill, The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo, Dan Brown books, just general thriller type books! I also really love reading auto-biographies and real life stories as well as inspirational / improve your life kinda stuff haha.

Donnie Darko, Schindlers List, In My Fathers Den, Fight Club, The Lion King, Almost Famous, Pink Floyds The Wall

Life, and people in general. I often wonder how my friends are doing. I enjoy watching the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city, but equally enjoy sitting at a quiet spot and chilling out with some good music and a cold beer :)

I contemplate alot of things and I don't just accept that things are the way they are, I like understanding why. For that reason, I enjoy talking about society, religion, physics and philosophy. There is nothing better than a decent conversation with someone! :)

Doing one of a few things:

a) Am shattered from work and curled up on the couch with a cup of hot milo, my warm dressing gown and a dvd

b) Will be meeting my group of awesome friends for Friday night drinks

c) Am heading out on a random drive / road trip / mission somewhere like out to Piha for a bonfire, or down to the coromandel for the night

Haha I'm a pretty big romantic once I'm in a relationship - I like to keep my partner happy and enjoy surprising them.
