I like who I am. But I have no idea what I want.

I am originally from Houston and have a fun, big family there. I lived in Austin for a summer, and though I visit as much as humanly possible, it's just not the same. I'm looking to live there again for either grad school or soon after.

My friends call me the dance-machine, but I think that's because I have a good time and move my body to any music playing (even if it's in my head). I am goofy or silly, and that's the way I like it. I mean, you don't have to goofy or silly, but it helps if you aren't put off by it.

I am one of those girls who speaks her mind, but it's an open mind at least. I have a tendency to speak sarcastically, but I can take what I dish and it's all in good fun.

I am realistic. Not to say I don't have dreams, or high expectations for that matter, but that I don't let it get me down when things don't go my way.

I love learning languages. I have taken 11 or so years of Spanish, 2 years of German, and next semester, I am starting French. I want to learn how to play the guitar, or some other equally transportable instrument.

I am currently a student at University, working on my bachelor's in Spanish. When I graduate, I would like to travel a bit (Ecuador, London, Germany are my must-sees) before continuing school to obtain my Master's in Education, maybe in San An, maybe elsewhere in Texas. But that's just the plan, it is subject to change- except for the graduating part, that's happening come hell or high water. Education is very important to me, and after 4 years of working really hard, I'd like something to show for it.

I have a really, really good memory, so please don't tell me something you don't want me to know forever. But I'm also pretty scatterbrained, it's a weird combo.

I also like to think I'm a good driver (my roommates back me up on this). If you're in San An, and you see someone fly by you, that was me, I'm doing what they call the "speed limit." I like to go for drives, or rides if someone else is driving.

Board Games. (Scrabble, Cranium, etc) and Trivia, I like being awesome at game shows, Jeopardy! anyone?

Karaoke.

I'm told people notice my smile. Or my laugh. I enjoy a good time, that's for sure. Girls often notice my hair.... but sometimes I think that's just because we're girls.

My favorite book is Stargirl, by Jerry Spinelli. It might be for grade 5, but it's always been a good story. I also liked reading Ishmael, by David Quinn, and Harry Potter (I grew up on it, what can I say? My favorites in the series would have to be the 3rd and 6th books). And then the American classics, Catcher in the Rye, Huck Finn. I like the humorous essays by David Sedaris, but I could go forever, I love reading.

I enjoy most films, I'll watch most genres. Just a few to give you an idea: LA Confidential, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Garden State, Love Actually, and Superbad. I also like some foreign films. After having to watch so many for my classes, I grew to like them.

My favorite band is the Barenaked Ladies, but I've seen the Killers the most in concert. I do love live music if the band's got it together. But I really do like everything except music with a lot of screaming in it. I like to sing-along.

My favorite food is pizza. It's not a cop-out, I just love a traditional pizza. But brunch is my favorite meal of the week. Chocoloate-chip banana pancakes, mmmmmmm.

Toothbrush, music, my friends, a crossword, intelligent conversation, and ________ (to be decided.)

OH! laughing. That can be my last one. I really like laughing.

Other people. I really enjoy helping others and being around friends. And trying to figure out how I'm going to accomplish my goals for the next year, or month (I don't like to get too ahead of myself)

Out with friends. Or in with friends. I have some of the best friends in the world and we take turns driving each other around. Or just sitting around not in motion. Gas is expensive these days.
