I'm an atmospheric scientist with an interest is all areas of science. I'm probably a little too sarcastic for normal social situations. I'm a fairly far left Democrat, and I'm undecided about religion. I think it's more important to be a good person than to believe in a God, but that doesn't mean I don't believe. I've really enjoyed everywhere I've visited, and I could see myself living almost anywhere. I'm from the far northwoods of Wisconsin, so I know how to shoot and fish. I've recently taken up running, and I've completed a triathlon, but exercise isn't something that rules my life. I really like swimming. I used to be a lifeguard and swim teacher. That wasn't a plot to get followers; I think that's the best way to understand my interests and what I generally find funny. I have no problem going to a movie or out to dinner by myself. Even though I'm from Wisconsin, I've never been a fan of beer (but I have an unhealthy love for brats and cheese). My love for Harry Potter is probably also unhealthy. I like to think I'd be a Gryffindor, but I'd probably be a Ravenclaw. I enjoy winter weather, and I think my least favorite season is Autumn. I mean, the colors are nice, but it's rainy and getting cold, and everything is dying. I go storm chasing, but I'm really annoyed by storm chasers. Most don't know what they're doing, and it's dangerous. I don't believe in ghosts, but I'm still terrified of them. I've seen 5 tornadoes (on purpose). Smoking is a deal-breaker. I think college sports are far superior to pro sports, but I do love my Packers! My primary source of news is probably the Daily Show and Colbert Report. I really enjoy a glass of mead and watching a sunset evolve. I guess that's it for now.
