well, i'm a pretty goofy, hard-working, compassionate person. I don't think I could make it through the day without music, coffee or laughing. all essential. and reading probably. I joke around a lot. try not to take myself too serously.
I love to travel, usually by plane. but trains are nice as well. ooh and road trips. i'm quite fond of them recently.

What I’m doing with my life
I'm currently working as a barista. :]
because I love coffee. mostly.
other than that, i'm reading, playing video games (final fantasy series and kingdom hearts, as well as random assortments of random things) and writing a lot. a lot. taking walks. going out to the movies. just saving money and trying to have a good time.

I’m really good at
not making sense. :] it's actually quite fun. sometimes I do things
just because they don't make sense. I like causing a ruckus. and I
love confusing people. and then making it all make sense in the
end. oh such fun I have.
and recognizing songs. I listen to a lot of music. and occasionally the radio, so i'm pretty well informed. and music-obsessed, you see.
understanding people. i'm pretty interested in psychology so i'm always trying to figure people out. their motives and intentions and whatever else related to those.
maintaining a calm, relaxed mood. usually it works to have music to assist with this. but I get by on my own. especially in stressful situations. I don't really freak out. I usually just walk away and cool off.

is that I look at least 5 years younger than I am. which is okay,
because when they speak to me they can tell i'm older. so it's all

books- mostly science fiction. like....the dune series (frank
herbert). or the ender series (orson scott card). but I go into
romance a little. as long as its not too....whatstheword...ooey
gooey? I don't know. not straight romantic stuff. but maybe....bits
of it here and there? hints? yeah.
movies-also science fiction (arn't you surprised?), but also action, horror, drama and comedy.

food-I love italian food. I eat it a lot. and mashed potatoes. i'm not all that picky, though.

writing. I'm a writer at heart. to the point where it doesn't even matter what i'm writing so long as i'm doing so. even if it's bad. because that means there's room for improvement. and improving my writing is something I enjoy doing every day.
reading. a major bookworm, you should know. of pretty much anything I can get my hands on. online. hard cover. soft cover. magazine. I am a sponge. I love it.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
what i'm going to write next, or read next. or music. or the
future. sometimes. not that much. I am one (and prefer to be) who
lives in the present. not dwelling on the past or the future that
much. and wouldn't if I didn't need to occasionally. generally I
don't because it's a vast uncertain chasm of the scary unknown. it
seems as if there are just too many variables to plan things,
sometimes. so I take things a day at a time.

On a typical Friday night I am
I don't really have any typical days. Generally, though, I think of
friday night as my night in. alone, because it's nice sometimes.
But I have been trying to maintain some kind of friday night dinner
with my dad and his girlfriend because it's nice. sometimes :-P
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
eh. I'm not much of a private person. Things just tend to unravel
slowly over a period of time. depending on trust and all that good
stuff.
