I'm a Philly transplant and absolutely in love with the city. The night I moved to Philly a woman in a panda hat welcomed me by blowing bubbles and singing "bibbity bobbity boo". It was probably the best welcome to a new home.
I'm a pretty good mix of quirky flake with a flair for spontaneity and an ambitious chick with her shit together.
I'm a documentary filmmaker. I love my job. It does mean that I do travel a bit - sometimes a few days here and there, sometimes a few months. Sometimes to awesome places like Pittsburgh, sometimes to shit holes like the Amazon Rainforest.
I'm eco conscious enough to vermicompost and avoid palm oil but not enough to give up bacon and other delicious flesh.
I'm constantly coming up with new adventures, art projects, hobbies that I want to do. Like most people I hardly do any of them. I'm working on that.
I love exploring the city from the Old City cobblestone to the top of the Lorraine and I contribute to Hidden City Philadelphia.
I love living in the city but drop me in the woods and I'll probably make it at least a few weeks before dying of diarrhea or something equally embarrassing and gruesome. I'd like to get out there more than I do.
It'd be great to find some handsome chap that makes me feel all giddy inside and is looking for a great partner in life - but I also want to fill my new Philly life with interesting people (though I'll take some duds ... Everyone needs some duds once in awhile).
I've been described as the coolest goon you'll ever meet.
